I do NOT recommend this moving service, they are not timely and did not arrive with the proper equipment or vans, we had to get a separate moving company to finish the move Edit: they also made us run thru ai circles for days which is unacceptable for ANY business to not send you through to an actual person. They have a clear, disturbing lack of accountability as evidence to their responses to these reviews. Since making my reservation, I have not received any of the emails, quotes and information about my reservation. After calling two times for the email information I was expecting and being hung up on twice, I asked to cancel the reservation. I was told again that I would get a call about my request, put on hold and was hung up on for the third time. I hope they do not charge me for a deposit as I cancelled according to the process before the 48hr deadline. I'm disappointed.
