The entire process was wonderful! Booking reservation was great and booked us next day! Our moving team was led by Edgardo, the 2 movers were very careful with everything. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. Already booked my next move with them!
Kathleen was a pleasure to work with and I had no issues with the movers assigned to my apartment. However, the admin staff in charge of Bellhop services was a nightmare. My scheduled move was cancelled without my knowledge despite there being no issues with them receiving my payment. I had movers show up close to five hours after my scheduled start time. five. hours. They claimed my move was cancelled and rescheduled because of an issue on their end processing the payment, but they had no issue taking 600 more dollars after... read more
Movers showed up 3 hours late with no notice. Had to deal with Bellhop's AI, couldn't reach a real person until much later. Wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. EDIT: Support reached out to me and offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Editing my one star review to three for at least trying to correct the issue. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Great local company and they provided excellent moving help. Highly recommend!
Edwin, Eddie, and Daniel did an awesome job. Would definitely hire them again. Really worked efficiently and made our moving day easy.
