We booked our BellHop service 3 weeks ago. We booked the time slot of pick up from 2-3 pm PST. Not only did 2 pm time pass without a call or text from the movers, so did 3 pm, and then 3:30, and then 4 pm…until they showed up at 5:00 pm. 3 SOLID HOURS PASSED their time block. The actual movers were very quick, efficient, and pleasant. But-Bellhop-the company=TRASH. We attempted to ‘call’ them at 3 pm ONLY to get an AI bot, who asked you to leave a message detailing the issue. I left 4 message with the AI bot before ANYONE fr... read more
These people wanted $900 to move one bed. One cabinet. One couch. One tv. One dresser... I am going five miles. How these people have stayed in business is beyond me.
Movers were professional, respectful, and quick to move my belongings. I would hire them again!
