We booked our BellHop service 3 weeks ago. We booked the time slot of pick up from 2-3 pm PST. Not only did 2 pm time pass without a call or text from the movers, so did 3 pm, and then 3:30, and then 4 pm…until they showed up at 5:00 pm. 3 SOLID HOURS PASSED their time block. The actual movers were very quick, efficient, and pleasant. But-Bellhop-the company=TRASH.
