I just used Bellhop for my move from an apartment to my first townhome and it was a breeze! Not only were the movers communicative with great attitudes, but they were true professionals. We were nervous about our new home's walls getting dinged up but there wasn't a scratch. They treated our items like they were their own. Ismail, Demarcus, and Manuel were awesome! Thanks for making our move so much less stressful!
Company is terrible. I booked last week. They asked me to move my date to 8/25, a Sunday rather than a Saturday. They double-charged me. Then, they emailed me today to tell me that it was rescheduled for a Monday. They changed the date to a week day without even a call and couldn't fix it! Awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Do not use this company they are a very bad company. You will end up moving your own goods, and still get charged the full price for only a full hour of work very bad company, stay away!!!!!!!
Malachi and Reginald from Atlanta, GA were amazing! They were timely, paid close attention to detail and made sure I was aware of each step of the way. I will definitely make sure to book this team again in the near future! Thanks guys!
