They contracted a third party moving company that was clearly unprofessional. They wasted time disassembling furniture that didn’t need to be disassembled even after being asked not to. They carried the parts of a leather sectional couch by the edges and caused rips at the seams. Then they wanted to waste time assembling the easy to reassemble furniture instead of focusing on the heavier stuff like the couch. Super fast move, moved a studio worth of stuff 15 mins away and the entire experience took exactly an hour. No issues at all, friendly guys. Very happy, thank y’all!
