There is a communication issue with this company. It took me hours to hear back from them on move day, when I really needed the support. They use third party for movers and truck drivers, which would be fine, if they would take responsibility for them, but they don't. The night before and the morning of the move-in of a long distance move, I still had not heard from the local movers. They're starting to change their business model where they do not let you speak to a human when you call. They also subcontracted out my work without my notification. This happened December of 2025. Expect this to be normal practice going forward.
I moved two days ago the movers were great everything went smoothly and professionally !! Thank you Bellhop Austin !
They contracted a third party moving company that was clearly unprofessional. They wasted time disassembling furniture that didn’t need to be disassembled even after being asked not to. They carried the parts of a leather sectional couch by the edges and caused rips at the seams. Then they wanted to waste time assembling the easy to reassemble furniture instead of focusing on the heavier stuff like the couch.
