My experience at Bellflower Auto Square Collision was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional from the start, and my car wasn’t ready on time despite their promises. When I finally got it back, I noticed that the paint didn’t match the rest of the vehicle, which was frustrating after waiting so long. I went to get an estimate on minor scratches on my car and to place replacement cap over the driver's side lock. The owner came to look at the car. He showed me that some of the scratches could be buffed out and the others were too minor to spend my money. Greatly appreciate his honesty.
