After five sleepless days of hacking up a lung or two I managed to figure out how to book an appointment at this clinic on Friday. From start to finish I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff member who responded to my incoherent ramblings on the phone made my appointment, made sure I had directions and required paperwork and was very pleasant. Good information
Hours clearly state open until 3 PM on Sunday. They decided to close at noon with no notice, no website update, and no service to my husband who have been waiting for hours.
You shouldn’t advertise yourself as a walk in clinic if you have to make an appointment for a walk in clinic. You turned a sick child away.
