It's true that this is not a walk-in clinic. It is an after-hours clinic for FMTU (Family Medicine Teaching Unit) at RVH.
Checked and told to return in 1 hour which I did and was seen right away by Dr. McNaughton who was kind, listened to my complaint and treated it quickly. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. This was my 2nd visit to this clinic and had the same experience earlier.
Very Rude staff and not helpful at all. Worst experience ever
