I am disappointed in the services here. Pedicure was not as described on their menu (no hot towel). Neither the mani nor pedi included any soaking of my nails before trimming, which I have never had happen before at any other nail salon, so that was new and disappointing. To remove my acrylic nails, I spent 50 mins ( yes, really 50. I checked the time when it started) with my hands wrapped, and still not all of the fake nails were removed.
