I’m very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I had a haircut scheduled for 2:30 PM with Christy, but it was canceled only an hour before the appointment. I had already rearranged my work schedule to make time for this appointment, so receiving such short notice was extremely frustrating. If I had been given at least 24 hours' notice, I could have tried to book with another stylist or at a different location. This brand new salon is incredibly beautiful and so clean. I made an appointment and they were so easy to work with, the owners were so nice and people you are eager to support! I have been to most of their stylists. Young, Dana, Drea, Brittany, Naj and Rosa so far. Regardless of who I go to, I have had incredible service and look great when I leave. I will absolutely be back. Shout out to Suz who is an angel and will bend over backwards to give you a good customer experience!
