Save your hair and go somewhere else. Gigi absolutely destroyed my hair.. I had to go to another salon to fix it, and it cost $350. She’s destroyed my clothes with hair dye. Run for your life. Don’t do what I didn’t get your hair destroyed by Gigi.

My hair fell out and clumps after going to Gigi. She got hair dye all over my clothes and never even apologized. I reached out to her over and over and over, hoping for a solution. All of my friends were absolutely mortified by her service, and one thought I had a wig on. Worst hairstylist I’ve ever experienced.

My daughter went to Gigi. It was so horrifying that when she came out my husband and I had to take her to a color. Correction specialist. They said it was the absolute worst hair they had ever seen come from a salon.

GG has no idea what she’s doing. She absolutely destroyed my hair. Clumps of it was falling out when I got home. And she got hair dye all over my hoodie. She did nothing to fix it.

Absolutely atrocious service. I have never had such ugly hair in my entire life. My hair came out looking like clown hair. GG and I had settled on really deep red streaks and blonde highlights. She gave me fluorescent orange and yellow hair. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience. I got to know about the salon from Groupon. She did the hair cut in 2 minutes and charged extra for hair wash even though it was included in the package. In the package deep conditioning treatment was mentioned, however she put the conditioner and rinse it of in a minute because she was in rush. No massage nothing. She did the blow dry and asked me to hold the combs and didn't do it properly. She told me I can check after the blow dry if I would need changes in the curtain bangs but because she got anoth... read more
