UPDATE: I wanted to share that after posting my initial review, the salon manager, Nicki, reached out to me right away and was very apologetic. She quickly got me scheduled back in, and I saw Lorna, who did an amazing job correcting my hair. Lorna really took the time to listen, understand what I was going for, and thoughtfully fix both the color and overall finish. I truly love how my hair turned out. I recently visited this salon and spent several hours and around $277 on color, cut, and styling. Unfortunately, the overall result did not meet expectations. The color was not what I had in mind, and there was very little consultation or opportunity to discuss my preferences. I did not feel heard during the appointment. The haircut was extremely brief (6 minutes) and did not reflect a full cut service. I was also charged for a blow-dry/style, but my hair was not properly finished.
