The staff is always so kind and helpful. When they didn't have my size they ordered it in for me. Shop local and shop quality shoes. There's no better place for Dansko, Birks, and Taos, etc.

I have purchased my leather hand bags, wallet and tote bag exclusively from Belleza Ropa for almost 10 years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Their clothing is exquisite in quality and styling, with new fun pieces regularly. Paired with wonderful and knowledge staff, it's a must visit destination when I'm downtown.

I haven't shopped at Belleza Ropa in a year, I had experienced poor customer service more then once. I was brave and gave it another chance last Monday. To my surprise the service was above OUTSTANDING!!! SANDRA was amazing, she walked thru the whole store while on the line with me looking and checking for my size shoes. Gave me options and included some sale ones I could look up as I was unable to come in person. I needed to pay and have my husband pick them up.
