Belleza Beauty is hands down one of the most unprofessional, immature, and downright rude businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I bought hair extensions, and they handed me the wrong color. When I tried to exchange them—still sealed, completely unopened—the staff couldn’t care less. Their response? “That’s not our problem.” Excuse me? It’s literally your job.
