Not sure what the other person is talking about. I have never seen the police here once in 3 years. If you have a good rapport and pay your rent on time, of course the landlord will take care of any needs that you have.
Sadly the management is not helpful, often saying that they don't care about the landlord/tenant laws, or ignoring problems because they say it will cost too much. Considering the neighborhood, it is surprising that these slum lords are still in business, but then they rent out to every felon and drug addict they can find, with constant police visits.
