Kathie was so amazing. This is my second year getting a fitting the first year we went through a customize bead fitting that she did for me and I love them they’re so pretty and they’re unique to your Own personal goals, which I find that very effective than just ordering on a site I used them for my weight loss journey, and a bonus It helps me track my period when it’s about to start because the beads start rolling up. and they lasted me two years and going. 10/10 recommend
