Very disappointed in my experience. I was strung along for 5 months trying to plan an Alaskan vacation. In the end,Julie told me she was shocked at my tenacity, she would have given up long ago and said she was sorry but she wasn't able to help me. I had emailed and called, continued to be patient because she came so highly recommended. I should have moved on much sooner. Terrible experience
