They are horrible here.....pricing is wayyyyy to expensive & they take wayyyy to long to do simple tasks!! More than 8 hours to fix a air conditioner is outrageous they just drag there feet .... Would not recommend & they will not be done when they say ..... A few hours to over 8 hours is ridiculous oh and they still have my grandmother's truck...We will NOT be going here EVER again

Here’s the story: a “different” local Bellevue mechanic diagnosed (I kindly won’t say who)—- diagnosed my car as 2 different things wrong in the EVAP system, hence giving a check engine light. I am a single Mom, who was frantic in just getting his diagnosis, a day before my cross country road trip. —>> Joel was SO, so, incredibly sweet to offer me to bring my car in on a Friday at 3:00 pm to verify/ give a second opinion on my recent mechanic diagnosis.
