We moved into an apartment that required extensive cleaning (dusty showers, dirty balcony, greasy microwave, etc.) and were told that the cleaning fee would be reduced if cleaned when we moved out. No one did a final walkthrough of the apartment with us despite us asking before we moved. Can't say enough good things about this building! I've lived in two apartments in this building now, and both have been fantastic. It's quiet, clean, and well updated. I even have a fireplace, which is a really nice touch. Additionally, there's an awesome roof with nice views. And the location is perfect: easy walk to the bars in Cap Hill or down to work in South Lake Union. Truly an amazing spot for the price.

I lived at Bellevue Terrace for 2 years and it is undeniably the best value in Capitol Hill. We had a gas fireplace in our unit and a balcony with a view, which is a combination that is hard to find anywhere else. The landlord is great too, which is also a little on the rare side. I would have stayed if I didn't have to move for work. If you want to experience the world renowned Capitol Hill, but don't want to pay the premium, then Bellevue Terrace is a great choice.

Lived here for 3 years, it's in an amazing location and the rent is really reasonable compared to other places around. Right near tons of restaurants but not too noisy since the bars are a few blocks away. The two bedrooms have a great floor plan for a couple that want a master and an office. Would definitely recommend.
