Numerous addons and repeat visits Horrible experience. Added several items above quote. I spent a couple of thousand dollars fixing one problem, only to bring my car in again to have related items "discovered" and fixed. I have decided to cut my ties with this shop as they claim to fix things and then discover worse problems weeks or months after. Avoid them, as they sound professional, but will scam you in the long run. I hope not all car repair shops are like this.
Hmmm...still unsure This repair facility said "Honest Mechanics, try us". So I did. Very professional and polite and clean. But they overcharged me by $100. I told them this was my first time and I had three additional cars to bring in if I felt they did a great job. Much to my surprised when I received the bill which was $100 over my estimate. Good Mechanic I'm super cynical when it comes to choosing an honest mechanic. I saw an add for A & M Factoria and it said "an honest mechanic." So I tried them. And what do you know, they were honest! Friendly, patient in describing the work they had to do and what was wrong with my car. They offer warranty on their work too! Good guys, I'd recommend their services.
