Bellevue Roofing does not stand behind their warranty or work. I had a complete new roof installed using Certainteed landmark brand shingles that come with a lifetime warranty. Bellevue roofing installed it which came with a 15 year labor warranty. After 10 years the roof in the garage started leaking on my car and the entire plywood underneath had mold and was starting to rot. This guy totally ripped me off. I had a small leak from a covered patio addition. he quoted $300.00 then proceeded to tell me I need to redo the skylights. They never leaked but he sounded like an expert so since he was fixing a leak may as well take care of it before it leaks. His guy came out and spent a day on the skylights but did not touch the original work. I started contacting him after the realizing the leak was still there.
