I lived here from 2021-2026, there were some roaches to be seen but by 2023 I had sealed cracks with spray foam and they were gone, there was the occasional mouse once or twice a winter. maintenance sprayed semi frequently for pests. They will do so even if you are not home but they are super quick and pretty cool guys. I never had an issue with maintenance or finding parking, and the building lobbies are cleaned every few weeks. I lived in this apartment for 4 years. The location is definitely a strong point — it’s close to downtown and UC, and the rent is relatively budget-friendly. During my time there, I didn’t have major issues inside my unit, and maintenance requests within the apartment were handled at an acceptable level. However, the overall property upkeep outside the units could use significant improvement. The apartment is infested with bugs even after repeated pest control, overall the area is also not safe, so many thefts happen in the area and finally they are deposit cheaters. Even after giving them the cleanest apartment back, they took most of our deposit back.
Lived here for 2 years, paid in full each month dealt with rats, roaches, and mice, and left the apartment 10x cleaner then I received it and still didn't get my deposit back. Don't live here.
