The apartment is infested with bugs even after repeated pest control, overall the area is also not safe, so many thefts happen in the area and finally they are deposit cheaters. Even after giving them the cleanest apartment back, they took most of our deposit back.
Lived here for 2 years, paid in full each month dealt with rats, roaches, and mice, and left the apartment 10x cleaner then I received it and still didn't get my deposit back. Don't live here.
Do not live here. They steal security deposits
100% Ice cold criminals! Do not rent from this guy! Found roaches, dead ones, live ones, termites eaten away studs in wall, no hot water, water didn't flow to shower head. All within the first day and they said I couldn't have my deposit back.
Stayed in Bellevue for three years, so that comes with its own wear and tear because of three years of use. Incredibly simple, old apartment living with storage in the bottom of the building. I chose Bellevue because of its location to UC/CCM. Built good rapport with management and maintenance. Issues were handled quickly and with good communication.
