I was experiencing discomfort on my wheelchair because the armrests were showing wear and tear. My legs were also tired of not being able to rest because of a previous experience that a another facility misplaced my footrest. The partnership of Providence Elderplace was able to locate a company that would be able too order me new footrest. Chris was the technician that arrived and must I say he was fast and friendly. I would like to recommend him and the company he represents for any future duties.

Shout out for above-and-beyond customer service at the Tukwila store! I brought in a transport wheelchair I bought at the Bellevue store in 2009 for my mother. Daily use in the past three years led to loosening brakes, the handle grips sliding off, and a metal part holding one of the footrests getting bent.
