I just want to say that this company really went out of territory. I spoke to a woman named Nikki. There was some miscommunication on someone coming out today. But I stated my issue that I had my chair bought from this company, but taken too a different vendor named NuMotion suggested by my insurance which they did an error mistake which I contacted Bellevue Healthcare too fix. I searched online for a place to get a cpap machine and CGM. Bellevue Healthcare Tukwila was on top of the results list. I called and Tara answered my call. I immediately regretted making the call. She was sassy and rude with her explanation over the phone. When I thanked her, she said “I hope you have a better day!” Maybe don’t call 10 minutes before closing!?
