The setup and delivery... everything was great. They picked it up on time and we're friendly. Always answered my calls and questions. The only thing I have a complaint about is that I paid the whole month in full and returned it before the month was up but I kept getting threatening bills in the mail saying they were going to automatically deduct 230$ from my account. The bills were scary and I hope they resolve this because other than the intimidating bills everything was great.
I was interested in renting a shower chair ahead of a recent surgery. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. They even opened a brand new chair from the package for me to rent. Post surgery, I decided to actually purchase the chair outright, and their customer service team was incredibly helpful with the change and thorough in explaining the final bill. 10/10 recommend their services.
Your driver in Dallas is incredibly dangerous. Tailgating so close I had to pull over. Speeding through school zones at more than 40 miles per hour. Unacceptable.
