I used Bellevue Healthcare to purchase medical equipment to help improve the quality of life for my 91 year old mother. We visited the showroom in Tacoma looking for a motorized scooter. Starla helped my mom try out the scooter and then showed another option which was a motorized wheelchair. In addition, she assisted with finding the right lift chair. Please look at the better Business bureau's Report because these companies are able to fix their reviews in order to only show the more positive ones. And also read reviews that are given outside of this company through places like Yelp and so forth. This is the most dishonest company I have ever worked with! The customer service was horrible! I drove my friend over from the hospital with a prescription for a particular type of mobility aid. The man could clearly see my friend struggling and in pain with a broken arm and a broken leg. It was closer to pulling teeth at the dentist without painkillers trying to get questions answered, information about products and even a seat my friend could rest in.
