They don't seem to be trained or have knowledge on the items in the store and I have zero confidence that they can correctly get me into any medical device *if* I have even 1 question about it. Because I am losing the ability to walk due to Nancy Panko at Palouse Surgeons messing up a colonoscopy, I now need a walker. This is a new situation for me and I don't know anything about walkers. If you're looking for equipment, this is not a bad place, but if you're looking for service and respect and accountability for equipment provided, then this is not the place to go. You will not get returned phone calls. You will have people ignore you, And yes, you will be able to purchase a piece of equipment from them, but can you follow-up issues or anything like that? You will not hear a word back. The ATP there is probably the worst in the area, He will screen his calls when he realizes that you're calling about malfunc... read more

We were sent here by orthopedic surgeon for a knee scooter, after a broken ankle, to allow me better mobility. They did have the scooter but said it was not covered by insurance and would not work with us when we told them our agent confirmed it was covered. They were rude, unhelpful, and not compassionate. They appeared to have no training or customer service. It was a very bad experience during an already traumatic time. Don't bother.
