We purchased a mobility chair for my father from Bellevue Healthcare a year ago and have had multiple problems with the chair shutting down due to an error code. This leaves, my father stranded as he cannot get up and fix it if he is alone in the chair. Bellevue healthcare has been to his residence numerous times to look at it, they kept it for two months this winter and said that they had the problem fixed Only to have it happen again last week. I was referred to Bellevue Healthcare by ****, ******* and have been waiting for them to fix my two wheelchairs since February 3, 2025. They made three appointments 2/3-2/19 and 2/27 and never showed up for one reason or another!This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I will report back to the ** today to let them know.

When our team had initially discussed an estimated delivery date we were referring to the parts arriving in our warehouse rather than the installation date for the parts,we apologize for that confusion and have discussed this with the team. Hi *****, as much as we would like to supply you with a hospital bed, ******** and ******** will not pay for it at this point based on the prescription you currently provided. We cannot supply you with a bed if we know it will not be covered by ********/********. As you said we are not allowed to bill you for the item so we cannot provide you equipment that we know will not be paid for. It is unfortunate but without proper documentation that shows Medical Necessity we cannot supply the bed to you. Best Regards,

******* location. Had problems with them billing insurance at all. What I was told in the store isn't what happened at all. Went in one day and there was no power. Bought a ****** and was billed for it 6 months later. Very disorganized.

In three years somebody at Bellevue Healthcare Executive offices made a decision to no longer provide Nova bariatric Mighty Mac HD walkers for ****************** covered clients, and will only provide a Drive Go Lite HD which comparably has safety and design features that are known to be unstable and or to require continuous repair not covered under a so-called lifetime warranty rather than provide the sturdy well made Nova and or even a Medline or Invacare comparable. A lift chair was purchased for my husband in February 2021, who was unable to stand on his own due to complications from late stage *********** disease. When the chair was picked up at Bellevue healthcare, was loaded into our sons truck and brought home. A week after purchase, we noticed that chair arm was loose and unstable, causing my husband instability and no assist to stand. Last week I complained about Bellevue Healthcare being negligent about my Power chair. The chair had squeaks from day one, 14 months ago. I complained about it several times and nothing was done. When someone came out (4-5 times) to look at it, I was told they would “Get back to me.” This week the squeaking got so bad I am being laughed at by my neighbors. Again, yesterday, I had another visit from a BHC repairman who only looked at the chair. I’ll get back to you. I am writing now to tell you that the squeaking is no longer... read more

***** received her power wheelchair Oct. 2018. She called our Service Dept. 6 months later to state that it was making noise. We did send tech’s out a couple times after this and could not mimic the noise. We replaced the tires in April 2019. In Aug., she called in stating it was still making noise. We sent a Rehab Tech out along with the VP of Rehab to assess the noise, at the time we also called the Manufacturer to ask about the noise. At this time the tech applied WD-40 to the chair and drove the chair around the facility... read more

Please avoid company if at all possible! I rented a wheel chair at the Lacey, WA location for my father so that I could take him and my son to a museum for a day. I called ahead and scheduled a one day rental and picked up the wheelchair without issue. I returned the wheelchair later that day and when I dropped off the wheelchair in store the same lady who signed me up for the wheelchair that morning said there was nothing for me to do (sign) and would take care of it from there. Sam, My apologies on the gross error on our part. I have spoken with my staff in Lacey and cleaned up the outstanding invoices. I believe that you returned the wheelchair on the day you said. The tricky part is that the wheelchair has never been scanned back into our inventory since the day it was issued to you.
