Water aerobics is the best!
The people are wonderful, the place is clean and well maintained.
Just moved to Nashville from Florida, and I was scouting out a gym for my family which the closest happened to be this one. Super convenient because I’m very familiar with the Y as I worked at one in high school and loved what I remembered from it. When going in to inquire about a membership, I first asked if they had a trial day to feel it out or at least pay a day pass before committing to a contract that was going to cost me $130 (2 plus).
