John L. Martin is a Very Good Doctor in showing concern, taking whatever extra time needed to make sure you receive the proper care!!!
Lane J. Pitts, the physician I seen was extremely dismissive. He had little to no concern for any symptoms I was having, and almost seemed to blame everything on me being a “woman” and “too young” to have any real issues. Not to mention the wait time was thirty minutes past my appointment time. He made it a completely uncomfortable atmosphere.
I got some tests yesterday and was told I would receive a call this morning with the results. No one called. I called the office was on hold for a long time and was hung up up on twice by prescription and test results department before I could even speak to anyone. I tried the appointments department when I called back and reached someone. She said the nurse would call back. They're now closed and still haven't called. I tried to sign up with iris but that didn't work either.
