John L. Martin is a Very Good Doctor in showing concern, taking whatever extra time needed to make sure you receive the proper care!!!
Lane J. Pitts, the physician I seen was extremely dismissive. He had little to no concern for any symptoms I was having, and almost seemed to blame everything on me being a “woman” and “too young” to have any real issues. Not to mention the wait time was thirty minutes past my appointment time. He made it a completely uncomfortable atmosphere.
I got some tests yesterday and was told I would receive a call this morning with the results. No one called. I called the office was on hold for a long time and was hung up up on twice by prescription and test results department before I could even speak to anyone. I tried the appointments department when I called back and reached someone. She said the nurse would call back. They're now closed and still haven't called. I tried to sign up with iris but that didn't work either.
DR. CURTIS SHAFFER IS A GREAT EYE DOCTOR WHO SERVES IN THE MILITARY AND HE ALSO SERVES PEOPLE WITH EYE EXAMS THIS OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE THIS IS WHY I GIVE THIS EYE CLINIC A 5 STAR RATING. GOD BLESS . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GREAT EYE DOCTOR TO SEE DR. SHAFFER GET A REFERRAL FROM YOUR REGULAR DOCTOR TO SEE HIM
