My 3 kids just saw Dr. Sara and her team of Kristi, Brittney and Katie today all at once. The staff were rock stars!!!! We got a tour of dental office and before any tool or anything was done Dr. Sara, Kristi, Brittney and Katie explained it to my kids and showed and told them what the dental tools are and what they do. My kids left with big smiles. I came here two times in the early summer for a teeth cleaning was told that my insurance had been ran and had to pay $295 the first and $90 the second time. Now they are saying that I owe $260 even though I have both receipts because I was taught to never throw away reciepts. I would not recommend going here at all.
I love it here!!! Everyone is extremely nice, Candance and Dr Sara were fabulous yesterday as I had an exam and x-rays done. I recommend this place to anyone, A+ service.
Had to get in right away for a extremely painful tooth ache. The staff was great at making me feel welcome and let me know up front what my choices and prices would be after insurance. I felt that they really cared about me as a patient. There are plenty of places to go but this place makes you feel like going back. Thanks again for the excellent service. Tooth feels much better.
My 4th dentist in Green Bay and the only healthcare provider I've ever been inclined to give 5 stars (also my first public review of a provider). Dr. Bob and the hygienists were awesome with my 1 and 3 year olds. Dr. Sarah has figured out how to administer Novocain nearly painlessly and made a root canal easier than a simple filling elsewhere. Awesome job by everyone here!
