I called to make an appt with Bellevue since they take my insurance. My insurance has a zero co- pay. When I arrived to my appt the girl at the front desk charged me a co- pay of $10. After my exam she told me it would be an additional $45 to be able to receive my prescription I left with out it. I contacted them buy the automated system says they are closed Fri Sat & Sun.
