Julia helped me finalize the connection of my Phonak hearing aids to my phone. This was following a maintenance rebuild of them under warranty. Julia and Elizabeth both have paid extreme attention to detail in helping me with my hearing aids. Never wanted to wear them but I'm glad I've got this team on my side.
