I phoned their office to make an appointment and I was so impressed that they got me in to see the dentist right away to check my sensitive tooth. Dr Gross fixed my tooth that day, painlessly! I already have made my next appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Dr Gross & her staff have inspired me to take better care of my teeth. I recommend this office to everyone who is looking for a dentist and staff who really care about you.
I have been happily coming to Dr. Gross for the past 6 years. I have been extremely satisfied with the staff being so professional and Dr. Goss being so caring about her work. I moved to Louisiana in 2013 and I still make it a point to fly to Nashville to get my checkups done every 6 months with this office. I feel like these wonderful people are my family.
I have not taken my 10 year old to the dentist in about 3 years...He and I both were traumatized from his last dental experience at a Pediatric Dentist in Bellevue where they strapped him down, advised me not to go in with him (had I known what they were about to do to him, you're darn straight I would have been in there!) and were not child friendly to him AT ALL!! I went in for an issue and was encouraged to apply for Care Credit since I didn't have insurance, so I did and was approved. Following approval, I was taken back for an "exam" at which point they began to clean my teeth. I was told that I would have to come back for the rest of my cleaning but that the cleaning they performed at this point was over $300.
