I went to have a mercury filling replaced with a composite filling and ended up with a cracked filling, exposed nerve, and infection. The office is dirty. The dentist, Dr Kostelenik, was impatient and rude and was sweating the whole time she worked on me. She actually threw dental tools on the ground instead of asking an assistant to throw them in the trash. I felt tricked by these people, and tonight im paying a price in pain, after being told they would not pull a bad tooth even though i said twice prior to the visit that's what i sought? Even still they never mentioned they would not pull a tooth or I would not have went here, they suggested xray is what i needed done when i went in, I said again im hoping to get the tooth pulled ?. I came here because I needed my teeth cleaned for engagement photos. They canceled each appointment and rescheduled appointment they made for two months. I finally decided to go somewhere else.
