If I could give a 0, I would. I never actually got to schedule my intro session because the therapist was so unorganized. We texted for 6 days, and had 2 phone calls, eventually setting a date and time when she called me mid day on a Saturday, though I never received a confirmation email, text, or link in my portal. She kept forgetting who she was talking to where it was via text on or the phone when I was trying to get a confirmation, and never wrote it down so she would forget we had an appointment.
