Our dog was seen here for about a year. We were getting reminders about his vaccine status far more than was necessary. I also was getting harassed for not providing them with my dog's vax history when I had proof of emailing the records over on my phone after each visit. Turns out, after the vet tried reprimanding me for the vax records, our dog had TWO ACCOUNTS on their system. Dr. Truax & co are so nice to my cat Lotus, and she loves them back. My parents have been with this practice with our family pets for years.
Great sevice! Always friendly and explain this at a level someone without a veterinary degree.
I'm very pleased with the service my puppies received at Bellevue Animal Hospital. They went out of their way to help me. This will be my main vet clinic I attend moving forward.
