Great workmanship but terrible customer service. The pool build dragged on for almost 6 months and I wasted hours and hours chasing Richard and Paula to finish the job. Richard and Paula seem like nice people and I feel bad writing a review with only three stars but they have simply spread themselves too thin at the moment. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has experienced long delays. We have now had two pools completed by Bellevista, one a renovation and one a complete demolition and new build in its place. Both end products were amazing. High quality workmanship and finishes are the norm. We love our new pool and use it frequently. Both Richard and Paula are easy to work with.
We had our pool renovated by Bellavista Pools — resurfacing, new tiles, coping, and feature walls — and we’re so happy with how it turned out. The whole team was great to deal with, really professional and friendly. Paula was especially helpful when it came to choosing the tiles, colours, and finishes. The pool looks amazing now and has completely lifted our backyard. Would definitely recommend Bellavista Pools!
