I put the trust of my new concrete pool build in the hands of Richcard and Paula and they did not disappoint. Both Richard and Paula worked well as a team with Richard supervising onsite and Paula advising and helping customers select the design of the pool.The end result a sparkling pool that was designed specificallhy for our needs. Qualites of the whole team they turn up on time, every step of the process is supervised and they consult and lsiten to the customer. Very professional.

Great workmanship but terrible customer service. The pool build dragged on for almost 6 months and I wasted hours and hours chasing Richard and Paula to finish the job. Richard and Paula seem like nice people and I feel bad writing a review with only three stars but they have simply spread themselves too thin at the moment. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has experienced long delays.
