I have been dealing with this location for about 3 years and want to say they have the best customer service. I had an issue with my windshield from a different glass specialist which caused a lot of problems. They were more than accommodating, helping me through the 6 weeks of inconvenience. I now have my car back, everything fixed and back to normal. Definitely five stars from me!
I have been bringing my Passat to Belleville VW for 7 years, dealing with service manager Greg and parts manager Michelle for warranty work, servicing, and parts/accessories. They should be proud of their departments as the staff is so friendly and their workmanship has been great. I've dealt with other dealerships over the years, always left feeling pressured and gouged. But I have never once left Belleville VW not feeling extremely satisfied. Prices are always competitive and fair and have lots of great advice.
Manager was friendly. Although we didn’t make a deal. I’ll send people his way.
The only aspect I know is the service centre. And it is OUTSTANDING! While they don't typically service Vanagons, If you are in dire need, they have the ability and the desire to get you back on the road. Thanks for getting me back on the road!!!
