I have recently had to take my Volkswagen in for a check up and back again to replace a part. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful and did a great job of explaining everything that was happening. I initially went in feel intimidated and overwhelmed (lack of car knowledge) but left feeling confident and well taken care of. They also returned my car so clean! Big thumbs up! Thank you everyone! I will definitely be returning for any future service needs.
We had our jetta towed in for repairs. They we able to get to it quicker than we had thought which was amazing. The people at the service desk were helpful and kind and a lot of fun to talk to.
Amazing atmosphere! Simar is amazing, sold me my first brand new car, customer service is great.
