EDITED TO ADD: The complex is really nice, and the apartment interiors are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighbors are, for the most part, friendly, and maintenance has been amazing and very responsive. We are current residents, and there is a constant marijuana smell inside that comes into our apartment, coming through the vents and making it extremely unpleasant to live here—especially with two infants in the home. Management knew about this problem before we moved in but still let us sign the lease without saying anything. We have complained many times and they have completely ignored us. This place is golden. I've been here for years and very grateful for finding this place. The management care about everything and they make living at Belleville Pointe very comfortable
I've lived here for about a year with my husband and toddler. When we went to sign our lease last year they were very welcoming and took kindly to my son which is always a plus. We moved into a nice and spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The area is very clean and kid friendly, the pool is nice and clean.
