Dr Tan is the consumate professional, deploying superior tried-and-true equipment. Her prescription was far better than the one I got from one of the corporate chains only a few weeks ago. Friendly, charismatic and extremely thoughtful. There is no evidence of a corporate hamsterwheel over there. SUPPORT MOM-AND-POP as they're disappearing. Thank you Dr Tan.
My appointment started 45 minutes late. It was after lunch and went long as I'll explain, and I had to call off the rest of that day at work because of the doctor's tardiness. I got a lecture about how the mascara I was wearing was making the appointment difficult, as if I didn't have other things to do that day, and when she asked to explain astigmatism I was already running now 1hr behind and said no, she insisted.
