Dr Tan Very patient and professional would recommend to anyone. also can speak Cantonese awesome for the community
Dr Tan is the consumate professional, deploying superior tried-and-true equipment. Her prescription was far better than the one I got from one of the corporate chains only a few weeks ago. Friendly, charismatic and extremely thoughtful. There is no evidence of a corporate hamsterwheel over there. SUPPORT MOM-AND-POP as they're disappearing. Thank you Dr Tan.
My appointment started 45 minutes late. It was after lunch and went long as I'll explain, and I had to call off the rest of that day at work because of the doctor's tardiness. I got a lecture about how the mascara I was wearing was making the appointment difficult, as if I didn't have other things to do that day, and when she asked to explain astigmatism I was already running now 1hr behind and said no, she insisted. They repaired my glasses in minutes and brought them out to my car while I was drinking my coffee. Then my puppy decided to go for a walk. The young lady tracked him down and returned him in a few minutes. Above and beyond!!!. Thank you for the experience!👍😊
She moves way to fast, 1 or 2, 1 or 2 , 3 or 2 like slow down Holy, I can't tell the difference, so now I have these glasses and I can't even see people Cleary across the road alway blurry so now it's been months and I thought I needed to get adjusted to from what she and eye glass place said but nope no difference, also she don't like ODSP she will take it but doesn't like it cause they pay slowly she said, so I guess she only care for money and not helping people unless you pay up fast, I don't recommend her unless you hav... read more
