I had a new heater and AC system installed and signed up for a maintenance plan at the same time. They come out twice a year to inspect the system, keep the furnace running efficiently, and suggest helpful improvements when needed. I have been very happy with the service. All of the technicians have been well trained, but I was especially impressed with Wayne, who handled the heater maintenance visit today. i called for heater repair when i lost hot water, and wayne came out and fixed the issue while answering my questions. i appreciated that because i like to have a basic understanding of my heating equipment. he also explained heat pumps in simple terms since i was curious about how they work and what they can provide for a home in Belleville. i had a heater cleaning and boiler maintenance visit done by someone else earlier, and it was not as complete as it should have been, so i am glad to have it done properly now. I’d give Belleville Services 6 stars if I could. Our furnace quit on one of the coldest nights, so we called around 6:30 and a real person answered right away and got us scheduled for the first morning window. Pedro arrived on time, checked the heating system carefully, found the bad pressure switch, and even tried a universal part from the truck to see if it would get the furnace repair done faster. I called for a second opinion on my heater repair after I got a very high estimate that was close to the cost of replacing the whole heating system.
