Called several times and they don't answer their phones. Not an office I'd want to go to.
The Staff members are beyond rude and disrespectful. The Drs do not care for their patients. They will laugh in your face about your health concerns and make you feel as if what you’re going through is just a reflection of how “ dramatic” you are. If you love yourself and your family, please do not trust them.
My husband went in with chest pains and having fallen twice is two weeks. Dr. Abel had been his doctor for over 25years. Since, he retired he saw Dr. Despain. First of all, Dr. Despain give us a lecture on why we didn’t need to have mask on, which was rude and uncalled for, then he was extremely dismissive and argumentative with my husband! The staff has always been incredibly rude—the entire staff. I’ve had to do the work in the kindness department. It’s as if none of them want to be there. This is the last time I will put up with their unkind mannerisms. Today Dr. Hitchcock’s nurse hung up on me, a sick patient seeking an appointment, yelling “hello, hello, hello” in to the phone as if she could not hear me. Dr Abel retired and I made a decision to go with Dr Despain. If my "first" visit was any indication, I believe I made the right decision. He was very pleasant, friendly, and put me a ease.
