I am unclear as to your review. My grandmother lives at Belleview and it is a wonderful place. It safe, economical, pretty and well maintained. I would recommend Belleview to anyone who wants a nice place to live. As for a leak...perhaps were you a contractor that got turned down for a job.
Not a place good for Seniors, the management company (Main Street Realty) cares more about money than its residents. It took them three months to fix a roof that leaked. I would not recommend this place to live.
