I have been having the worst experience dealing with my Invisalign at this office. There is only one doctor who is certified to do Invisalign and he works 2 hours per month at this office. If you want to be seen sooner you have to drive an hour into downtown Denver to see him at a different office. I have been sending emails for 3 weeks inquiring about the status of my retainers which are the last item I need from them before I switch providers. The doctors and hygienists here are gentle, personable and make you feel at ease. Miss Cecilia is the best; she went above and beyond to explain my insurance policy to me (it's like a different language) and was always so kind. I have been recommending my friends and family to this place for years!
The dentist are not great here. They aren't bad but definitely could get your money worth elsewhere. I am recently married and called to cancel my membership through them. "Office manager" Cecila (who was extremely rude during this whole process) told me that I would have to repay the discounts that they had given me earlier this year with my membership in order to cancel because she thought it wasnt fair they gave me discounts and now I was going to cancel, After I had already paid them for these services. This place sucks. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth flies in to help out from a different state... so tell me you can't keep employees without telling me you can't keep employees. I imagine it's because the dentist is an insufferable person. He pricked his arm in a tool the hygienist used to scrape my teeth. He left, came back, and hounded me about whether or not I have a bloodborne diseases like HIV. I don't, and I can prove it with recent medical records. This dentist just wouldn't let it go.
