Awesome staff! Very friendly.
They killed my pet by administering anesthesia in the other room without my consent or approval. They were more concerned about finishing within a time window than they were about giving quality service and care. Their website did not list pricing for any services such as nail trims. The bill ended up being more than double my given quote over the phone. They refused to give me my pet back until I paid this bill in full and did not even offer me a payment plan. If I could give zero stars, I would. Imagine being a practice that is centralized around caring for animals and having no empathy or compassion for the loss of someone’s pet. I had an appointment with Dr. Mike and a week prior I unfortunately lost my sweet boy. I don’t expect anyone to lift me up during this time as heartbreaking as it is, but if I’m sending an email to a practice that is supposed to love and care for animals as much as we do our own, then I would at least expect a response. I called with a need for a last minute appointment and a am so grateful they had an opening! I had a wonderful experience as both individuals were awesome with my kitty. They took great care and attention and kept my little one (and me) calm throughout the appointment. I will be returning with any further pet care needs!
