I came here 2 weeks ago with my sick dog. After a few tests and a UTI shot I was charged 700 dollars, I paid before I left. Fast forward 2 weeks, supposedly they had scheduled a 2 week check up, no update, but was sent a text they are charging a no show fee. I called and spoke to the “person in charge” said they have a bottom line. I understand. But I care about my dog and my wallet not yours, thanks. I called a few months ago before the new year and the issue resolved with my pet I called back today and they literally doubled their initial visit to $95 which is ridiculous steer clear of this vet they're just out for money
We've had several reptiles needing vet care lately. They always provide great care at an affordable price. It's also much easier to get in quickly with a reptile here than at other reptile vets. I have also used them for dogs and my son has used them for chinchillas and they have been equally great to work with.
TLDR: Stand up for your baby or you may regret it. The insurance here is a scam. Just go somewhere else. Full story: I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was devastating. I brought in a dog I had recently adopted from a family member, he needed seven teeth removed. From the start, I felt judged by the staff, as if I didn’t care about his wellbeing and even that it was my fault his teeth were so bad.
