TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had such a poor experience trying to make a reservation with this company. The lady that called me back was so rude and not customer friendly at all. I was inquiring about their service and pricing. All I got was I have no idea about how long it would take, it can take 17 hours to 7 hours to move. Excellent service! Everyone was so nice and supportive! The helped me move my antique furniture with care into my new home, and even helped me figure out good places for placement that complements the rooms. I will definitely keep using this service in the future, especially as I add new (antique) furniture to my home. Thank you so much!

Tried multiple times to set up a time to use my groupon with them with no luck, and they showed little to no interest to work with me...not to mention that she was borderline rude each time. Finally gave up on doing business with them and told groupon to refund me instead.

First I would like to start by saying Jose and David were really cool guys, like the type of guys you want to hang out with over drinks. They’re funny and just seem to be great people.
