I’d like to start by saying the majority of the HOA is fabulous and appreciated. However; there has been a serious ethical issue with the president (Hamilton). He takes it upon himself to exhibit racism towards minority groups. I’m surprised the HOA allows him on the board, as his behavior is truly unprofessional and unjust.

I’d like to start by saying I absolutely loved this community. However; Mr Hamilton the “HOA president” has made it difficult to live here lately. If he has a slight problem with something you are doing he will make it a point to drive around the neighborhood and stalk you until he can corner you in. He is the reason people don’t want to live here.

Militant, vindictive and unreasonable execution of the convents. Rude and condescending staff that have nothing better to do. My neighbors received a so called citation for a car parked in front of their house while visiting the owner who is dying of cancer. On multiple accounts, we have witnessed this behavior and while sitting on the street, jotting down notes and driving off like cowards when spotted.
