Carpet needs to be replaced , there’s no security, pests problem, Mac office doesn’t help much, it’s just very dirty and not much maintenance happening, the biggest problem it’s roaches everywhere, I mean everywhere!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! There is a terrible roach problem that the management company is well aware of and does almost nothing to fix. It is filthy and disgusting and I would not sign a lease here unless you want to be surrounded by vermin all the time.
Mac Properties will rip you off every chance they get. They are charging me hundreds of dollars for "floor damage" that was already present when I moved in to the low-quality studio apartment. Document everything when you move in. There will be damage on the ceilings, walls and floors. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you can find somewhere else to live, don't live here.
I really loved my apartment and I appreciate that Mac properties giving me a chance to live in a nice place, there's one problem that Mac properties has, they don't have enough maintenance workers for all the buildings they bought. Please keep Vincent our maintenance man her in the Bellerive building. He is a damn good worker and I love the way he fixed things around my apartment. Lived here years ago. Place had bed bugs along with their other apartments such as Clyde manor. Even if they are eliminated..bed bugs stay dormant. I wouldn’t chance it. It’s a traumatic experience
