Location, price and service
A quiet, safe community of villas for the 55+ set. My villa has large rooms, two bedrooms and two full baths. Each resident has a covered carport space. Maintenance is excellent and pest control serves the villas on a regular visits. The office has organized monthly activities as well. The only downside I've found is BBQ pits are not allowed.
Our friend Janie Patredis live here until she moved to live with her son. It is BEAUTIFULLY designed and maintained. We would love to live here.

I love this Community and all of people that I have met who live there! I'm anxiously waiting to be able to put my application in to be a resident.
