UPDATE (09-16-25): This is listed as a Class D (lowest grade) multi family building but is still charging rents like it’s a Class B in the middle of Alexandria. Greystar bought this complex last year and is taking a value-add approach to this apartment complex. But the value IS NOT THERE! Save your money and rent elsewhere. i currently live at Avana Bell Meade apartments, Just want to pass along the great experience here.( from what i think ) is the Steller maintence division, to the 5 star front office staff. Speaking of the staff. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to Caitlyn Wolfe, Khalilah Brinkley and Melissa Medina for being so professional at my move in. they walked me through everything i needed to move in. making my experience living here a great one. will definitely recommend to any one needing a true home to come to.
We absolutely love living here! The leasing office staff are amazing (Shout-out to Melissa and Leelah!) and the maintenance team is on top of everything in a jiffy (Shout-out to Jake!). As a veteran, I've lived all over the place and this has been the first place to truly feel like home.
