The apartments and community are cozy and well maintained. The ladies in the office and the maintenance team truly care about the community and they do a great job with communication and listening to any issues you have. I would recommend to anyone moving to the area. *If you have any pets, maintenance does great with them and my semi-reactive dog absolutely adores them!
I like living here. It is an older community but the maintenance staff works to address any needs as soon as possible. The community is also quiet and close to the W&OD trail for walking. Also it is easy to walk to the town center. Finally my neighbors are great so it feels like home!
Honestly, this is such a cozy community. From the residents, to the staff, to the general ambiance — it’s comforting, and welcoming, and all the things a community should be. Melissa, Caitlin, and Leila are wonderfully attentive. They look out for you, pamper your dog with treats, and are generally accessible for whatever you need. I would give 5 stars, but sadly there is one component that I’m not happy with my experience on. Melissa was a bit condescending during our screening process. I felt as if she didn’t really understand that my partner made more money than myself, and presumed because my income wasn’t verifiable that we couldn’t qualify when we were moving from an apartment that’s $300 more than what this place was offering price point wise.
