I fell through the steps outside the apartment. Due to rust and wear.when they found out about it. They temporarily patched it at 5:15am .I was lucky to have taken pictures and sent them to a lawyer.before they could cover the damage.the steps are still not repaired .my next step is contacting osha
We have lived here for about a month now and I can't say enough nice things about this place. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and easy to work with. The maintenance crew came by to take care of a few items and were super knowledgeable and efficient in getting the tasks done quickly. The facility is off the chain with an amazing swimming pool, pickle ball court, a fire pit, gas grills, a garden area and a dog park area. I would not recommend moving here. The apartments get minimal sunlight. My ceiling started peeling the first month I moved in. The maintenance staff will accuse you and snitch on you for ANYTHING. The neighborhood and amenities itself is very basic for the amount of money you pay. The pool is pretty ok with the grills but the gym is very minimal. There are much nicer places to live around here with staff that cares about more than just your money. I can’t wait to get out of here!

It’s been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment, but I am very happy here. Beautiful grounds and amenities, apartments are well cared for and well insulated. So thankful I don’t hear every move neighbors make like in many other places. The rental office staff are all very friendly, welcoming and truly care about their tenants. The maintenance team take care of every request in a timely manner. Thank you all!!!
