Management is horrible and rude... Everything is old and falling apart move at your own risk
These apartments are nice on the nice big spacious basement definitely recommend for a small size family the area and neighbors are nice and quiet. Now with that being said where I was located the basement had a small flooding issue turns out when in rain water collected in a certain part and ended up flooding my basement this happened once also in the summertime upstairs tends to be a lot hotter then downstairs so you want fan
Lived here for 4 months and the experience has been very pleasant. Neighbors are friendly and the area's mostly quiet. Great location and very easy to get anywhere in St. Louis. The townhomes are spacious and the management is decent (landlord is very understanding and kind, though they do take a little bit to respond--overall pretty average). The only issue (and it's not a huge one) is maintenance tends to be difficult to reach, but once they arrive they take care of things and are easy to talk to. Have had no problems with... read more
